At GLITIFY, every set is crafted with intention. Because our products are handmade and quality-driven, we follow clear, transparent policies to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All GLITIFY nails are handmade and prepared with care.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship to customers across the United States and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (depending on location and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly communicated on our website.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

GLITIFY is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing

If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of nail products and the fact that our items are handmade, we maintain a strict but fair return policy in line with industry standards.


All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened products

  • Worn or used nail sets

  • Custom or made-to-order items

This policy helps ensure every customer receives products that are untouched and safe.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong design or size)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the original packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund to the original payment method


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom nail sets

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper use or application


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

Once an order enters the preparation or production stage, it cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Lost or Delayed Packages

GLITIFY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.

If your package is significantly delayed, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
